The ultimate baby care prep class covering newborn care practices, essential feeding techniques, breastfeeding and infant CPR. This 4-hour in-person workshop is intended for pregnant individuals and their partner/support person. It will focus on hands-on practice, so parents leave feeling confident and empowered for the newborn journey ahead. Included as part of the workshop is access to Baby Tribe - an online library with hours of content, a virtual community, and weekly Q&A sessions for ongoing education and continued support.

The cost of this workshop covers 2 individuals - birthing person + partner/support person.

While insurance coverage is not guaranteed and varies depending on insurance provider, a standardized superbill will be provided to all students who attend for potential insurance reimbursement.

With over 32 years of experience as a neonatal nurse and a certified IBCLC lactation consultant, I have supported thousands of moms/parents on their breastfeeding and newborn care journey. As a mother of three, I understand the challenges of caring for and feeding baby firsthand. My personal and professional experiences have equipped me with the skills to guide you through the exciting but sometimes daunting journey of caring for your newborn!
