Mindful Breastfeeding accepts the following insurance plans for lactation consulting services. Under the Affordable Care Act, breastfeeding support is considered a preventive benefit — meaning many families qualify for covered visits at no out-of-pocket cost.
Payment Options for Lactation Consulting
If your insurance plan doesn’t cover lactation services — which can happen even under the ACA — Mindful Breastfeeding offers flexible payment options so cost is never a barrier to the support you deserve. Payment is accepted at the time of service via:

- Venmo, Zelle, or Square
A detailed Superbill will be provided after your visit so you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
