Sound familiar?
Nobody prepared you for this part
You are not the only one asking these at 2 AM, and you don’t have to work them out alone.
“I don’t think my baby is getting enough.”
“I haven’t slept properly in days.”
“Something feels off and I don’t know if it’s normal.”
“I wish I could just ask someone who gets it.”
“My family’s advice is 30 years out of date.”
“Every article says something different. What do I trust?”
What’s included
Everything I teach, in one place
Get your baby fed
Breast, bottle, or both. Support for latch, supply, tongue and lip tie, pumping, and bottle refusal.
Confident newborn care
Bathing, cord care, gas and fussiness, safe sleep setup, reading your baby’s cues, and knowing when to call your pediatrician.
Rest for the whole house
Gentle, baby-led sleep guidance that fits how your family actually lives.
Live weekly Q&A
Bring what you’ve been googling all week. I answer live, and replays are posted for the nights you’re feeding at that hour.
Expert-led courses
Full courses on breastfeeding, newborn care, infant massage, and postpartum wellness, included with membership.
Parents in your week
A private community, not a public comment section. Partners and dads are members too, not guests.
Classes & workshops
All included in your membership
Breastfeeding Education
The techniques that support a healthy supply: nutrition, timing, positioning, and working through the common challenges like latch pain and mastitis.
Newborn 101
Bringing your baby home with confidence. Safe sleep, everyday care, what a normal day looks like, and how to tell when something needs your pediatrician.
Infant Massage
Gentle touch to soothe and settle your baby, taught the way I teach it in your living room, and a nice way to meet other parents doing it too.
Postpartum Wellness & Nutrition
From the author of the upcoming book Beyond the Prenatal Vitamin. Evidence-based nutrition and recovery education for the parent, not just the baby.
Your guide
Lazara Briones
IBCLC · NICU RN · Mom of three · Author of the upcoming book Beyond the Prenatal Vitamin
I’ve spent 33 years as a neonatal ICU nurse and I still work in the NICU at Stanford. I’m an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and a certified infant massage educator, and I’ve worked with thousands of parents through tongue and lip ties, low supply, feeding aversions, and sleep.
I’m also a mom of three. With my first I struggled too, which is the part of my resume that usually matters most to the person asking.
Inside the community I teach and I answer questions. I don’t diagnose, and when something needs your pediatrician or your own provider, I’ll say so plainly.
“Lazara has been incredibly helpful. Beyond breastfeeding, she has tons of knowledge on newborns. As a first time parent it has been very stressful, and Lazara guided us the whole way.”

Questions
Before you join
Do I have to be breastfeeding?
No. Members pump exclusively, combination feed, and formula feed. The newborn care, sleep, massage, and weaning content applies to every feeding path, and nobody here will ask you to defend yours.
I’m still pregnant. Is it too early?
It’s the best time. You’ll already know your way around the library before you’re too tired to learn a new website.
Can my partner join?
Yes, and I’d rather they did. One membership covers your household. Partners ask some of the best questions in the Q&A.
Is this the same as a consultation?
No. This is group education, so I teach and guide but I’m not assessing your baby. Hands-on help with latch, supply, or tongue tie is an in-home or virtual visit through Mindful Breastfeeding, and I’ll tell you when what you’re describing needs one.
I’m already a Mindful Breastfeeding client.
Your access is free for as long as we’re working together, so don’t pay here. Your invitation comes by email after your appointment. If it didn’t arrive, reply to any email from me.
What if it isn’t for me?
Cancel anytime from your account, and there’s a 30-day money-back guarantee. No call, no form, nobody talking you out of it.
You don’t have to figure this out at 3 AM by yourself.
Everything I teach, plus a nurse who has spent three decades with newborns answering the questions.

Ask Lazara is education and peer support. It is not medical care, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not replace care from your pediatrician, your own provider, or an in-person evaluation. No outcome is promised or guaranteed, and individual experiences vary. Nothing shared in the community is a confidential health record. For an emergency, call 911.
